Jersey Field Squadron (M) took the opportunity for their Reservists to blow away the cobwebs on some low-level skills training during a recent planned activity weekend. On the programme were First Aid, Counter IED, Vehicle recovery and Marksmanship all revised over the 2 days as training continues to return to some form of normality. The perishable nature of the marksmanship skill threw the expected rankings out the window with the combat medics showing off their prowess, proving there is nothing more dangerous than a bored medic. Unfortunately our Guernsey Troop were unable to travel over for the training but did represent the Squadron on the island in the Battle of Britain parade in St Peter Port.
