For anyone interested in trying out one of the ‘Mud Runner’ type of cross-country run obstacle courses events like the Chepstow Stampede are ideal. This October a small team from the R Mon RE (M) took part and gained 3 positions well within the top 10. With the event also supporting the Army Benevolent Fund it’s a win-win for any military taking part.
